How I work

You pick the colors, sizing and materials ( raw canvas or gallery wrapped canvas). Then we discuss the design and style of you choice. I will also keep in contact and give you updates as much as you require. Once complete I will send a picture of the final product. If shipping is required It will be an extra price based on location and shipping method of your choice. I offer free shipping if you live in the area between Niagara Falls Canada all the way up to Ottawa Ontario. As Well as from Toronto Ontario up to Collingwood Ontario. If your asking for the free shipping it will be shipped on my time table. As I tend to travel more during between these cities from May to Oct.

Other sizes are available on request. Timing & Delivery The time taken depends upon the number of commissions I am working on at the time. Summer is usually my busiest time I as I attend a lot of art festivals. Turn around is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Please book early for Christmas. General Terms and Conditions The price of the abstract must be agreed to by both parties in writing before I will start any work on the commission. Once the artwork is complete I will email you a preview of the finished piece. I then ask for the balance of the payment prior to pick up or shipping – payment is to be made via direct deposit, cash or credit card. GST is not charged on paintings. Copyright rests with the me, unless specifically agreed in writing, before the commission is started. Client may not reproduce the commissioned piece. After the client has accepted the commission piece as complete, any change requested post-acceptance will incur a fee. I may post the completed piece online. In the event of a client being unhappy, a resolution will be sought by negotiation but the outcome is solely at my discretion. Time frames are subject to my availability at the time the order being placed. If shipping the artwork, I take no responsibility for shipping company’s handling of products but will ensure to the best of my ability the packaging is adequate to avoid damages.
